I just finished this quilt for my 79-yr.old aunt Ada. I will be delivering it personally to Clare, Michigan soon. I can't wait! I hope she likes it.

She is going to love it and so do I. I especially like the softness of it and the pattern - a sashed group of 4 snowballs. I had never seen a snowball done this way and I like it very much.

It looks like it was made for that space, doesn't it? I love it! It's so soft & sweet. I'm sure your aunt will love it, tho I don't see how you can bear to part with it. Yummy!

I'd never seen this particular setting for Snowball blocks either & I really like it. This is why I like "simple" blocks... they're so versatile!
