Laurie, Thanks for the information. I will have to take some time and figure all that out. I used to do a lot of big craft shows and and now just go to the little ones around here where I live. I have to say that I never see the sort of labels required. I wonder how they get away with it.
I will look into it though. If anyone would ever get in trouble, it would be me. |
So precious Love them Dolls

Awwww these dolls are precious! I love their little faces :D:D:D

Utterly adorable!!!! Love them.

Your dolls are adorable. Reminds me of Cabbage Patch kids! I know my DGD's loved dolls and would have been overjoyed to receive a hand-made one. And a quilt for it would have been even better! Too bad by the time I started quilting and sewing again, they were past the little doll stage :-(

Thank you for sharing with us. I looked at the website because I wanted to make a doll for my new granddaughter due in 2 1/2 months. I found the monkey doll on the same page. I'm spending $40 in patterns because I can't decide on which to buy. I think Danny G, MeeKee Babee and Dinkee Doll 14" are on the way. I really thought about asking you to make one for me, but I'd better learn myself. A quilt and a doll sounds like great shower gifts.
This board is so awesome in the help it gives people. I don't remember how I found it a couple of months ago, but I'm oh so glad that I did. Thanks again! |
All three are adorable!
They will be forever hugged! |
There so cute!!
|
pick 1 doll, such as the ones you did, make 5 each gender and each race, see how it goes, add a new doll each year. They will sell and you will have repeat customers. I've done craft shows for years and something this cute will go at almost any price you choose. Most of the reason the cabbage patch sold so well was that they looked handmade.
