I was able to enjoy some sewing today, so I put together this scrap, 9 patch top. It was actually more time consuming than I'd originally expected. Although it's a very simple block, there's a ton of pinning since I'm really picky about matching up my seams just so. And of course, that means sewing at a snail's pace to make sure I don't sew over any pins. It came out cute, I think. Now, I'll start quilting it up.

That is so cute. I know what you mean about pinning. I have the same problem. I just feel better pinning those seams and they seem to match better. Yours is beautiful. Thanks for sharing.

I love it! You certainly did a wonderful job on it. I'm kind of slow also but I refuse to sew over a pin & I pin everything. LOL Thank You for sharing.
