My son is a pilot and my daughter-n-law is a flight attendant. They are expecting their first child next month and it is a boy. Guess what his name is? Jet...LOL. So of course his baby quilt had to be about airplanes. I have been collecting this line of fabric from Avlyn called Airport and figured this was the best time to use it. I don't want to show it to them until the baby shower, but I HAD to show it to someone!

Isn't that cute! My husband and son are pilots too. I'm sure when my son gets married and has little ones, grandma will be making airplane quilts for them!

Great quilt and name also. My son is a drummer and when they had their little boy, they named him Zildjian which is a symbol name. How funny what our kids name their kids.

Oh my gosh, I started crying when I saw the baby's quilt. It is just perfect. Baby Jet is gonna have one neat grandma to make such a perfect quilt for him....congrats alittle early!

Isn't that great fabric? And perfect for your grandson-to-be. What's not to love about that quilt? I almost bought some of that line a while ago (my husband use to fly small planes) but didn't. Wish I had. Love the cockpit instruments piece!
