This is a shop sample for my LQS..They are getting their class samples ready for this quarter.
The owner gave me this quilt and said I could have fun quilting it any way I wanted.... I added different designs all throughout the colored columns created with Bali Strips..and a ferny type feather in the background color....

I really like the organic feathers up the middle. They look to me like a cross between feathers, ferns and flames and really tie the bits together. This unconventional approach appeals to me.
