Love your work. It must have taken you ages to do. Do you use a fixer for your fabric before appliquing, or do you turn your edges under?

My LQS has a product called "soft fuse". It comes on a roll about 36" wide or in 8-1/2 x 11 sheets. Really nice.

Awesome quilt! You are really talented :) I love applique.

I'd keep the circle quilting - it adds a unique look that's quite appropriate for the moon. I like it a lot. As a longarmer, I'm always searching for and using unique quilting patterns to add another touch of interest to special quilts. I think it really enchances a quilt. You choose well :)
