Bargello - Reflections
 

This quilt is from the book, Bargello with a Twist. It is called reflections. I loved it when I saw it and wanted to try out this type of bargello, so here is the result. Just finished the top so far but I wanted to share. Sorry this isn't the best pic I ever took.

Thanks so much everyone! There is very dark chocolate brown blocks that is before the black that is hard to see in the picture. I have one more planned down the road. It was fun to make.

There is a tutorial in the archives by cathy. Her quilt was my inspiration to buy the book and try it.

Your quilt is absolutely gorgeous. My local guild did this in a class. I see what you mean about the book. My pea brain was also taxed by the book. The method really is nice once you get going. I had a good teacher too. Wasn't it fun deciding the layout??? There were so many examples in the book.

It is beautiful. The process in that book reminds me more of Seminole Patchwork.
