Love this pattern. Just finished one similar to this but it added HST in each row. I took the pattern into EQ7 to enlarge the block to 9" finished so my strips start out at 2". Here are my blocks and then the finished flimsy before quilting. Its on the frame right now getting finished.

This pattern is SO easy to work with & I must admit I need to clean out a lot of my Batiks (only about 500 yards in 1 - 2 yard pieces , Yes I am a fabric hoarder !I have a box of Batiks that are 5 " squares that has a few ( 3-4 ) thousand pieces in it .

I love this quilt and have the pattern but was afraid to try it. I should have read it ! Your explanation makes it so much clearer and I am now hoping to finish one before Christmas. Thank you for sharing.

Sorry for the dumb question but how much material did you use for each colour and the finish will it fit single large bed?
