I had previously posted a fabric Easter egg that someone had posted a link to. I liked the pattern so much that I made 15 more. I tried to use some I Spy type of fabric so the gkids could have some fun. On some, I used 2 fabrics on alternating sides... I have to say that I like the ones made all from the same fabric better - can't see the seam line as much and don't look so much like footballs :) Thanks for looking

I made some of those eggs and put them in a thread bowl that I made on my embroidery machine. Used old strips of scrap fabric for grass in bowl. I think it is on my webshots. See below:

I made some of these eggs last weekend and covered the seams with an assortment of trims - ric-rac, lace, ribbon - and hung them on our egg tree! Must thank the original poster for the link. The eggs are easy to make.
