Basket of Scraps
3 Attachment(s)
This quilt is called basket of scraps from Fat Quarter Shop. This is the first two row's, have the third done just have to add, and than the border's. The background fabric on this one was a night mare, boy did it keep fraying. Thanks for looking.

Thank you.
That's really great! It makes me want to pull out my 30's fabrics. Great job.
You are an awesome precision piecer. Great quilt and perfect fabrics. Please post when finished.
Very cheerful and your piecing looks good!
I love 1930s prints too and this pattern is wonderful. You did a great job on it!
Very pretty and good choice of colors.
That's going to be one beauty of a quilt!
I love the look of that quilt. Very cheerful, light and airy. I have to look up that pattern.
Thanks everyone, 30's is one of my favorites.
It's so good to see your quilt in progress. I'm almost half finished with mine and out of frustration had to put it away for awhile. You inspire me to get mine out and get it finished. I agree with you, the background fabric frays horribly.
Very pretty! Great stitching!
Very nice!
Great quilt and like your choice of 30's fabrics.
Can't wait to see it quilted! Love 30's.

Lovely work. Those fabrics are terrific together. I've had fabric fray like crazy recently, too. Wonder what's up with that? Guess it could be a new thread.
very pretty !!!
Thanks everyone, I was surprised how much it frayed, this is a BOM by Fat Quarter Shop and I love doing there's. There always giving plenty of fabric, so it you have a small opps, you can fix it. This is the first time ever with so much fraying. I hope you get back to yours's as well, not looking forward to border, all those squares.

Love this quilt!! Really am attracted to the large squares and the smaller ones. I like the way they fit together. Love the fabric choices.
What a great quilt! I love the Aunt Grace type fabrics and this is a great pattern to use with them.
Thank you.
What a great quilt! I love the way it looks like a scrap quilt. Was it a kit?

Nice fabrics and pattern for a great retro look.
a very happy quilt !!!!!
Oh so lovely with all the variety of prints and colors. You are doing an amazing job!
I really like your quilt. Because of the philosophy of using everything fully there is nothing to rival '30's fabric reproductions for scrap quilts. It is just perfect! I, like others, am anxious to see it completely finished.
Great job, it's absolutely beautiful! !
So fresh and pretty. Love it.
