TeacherBailey - I used to have a full time aide. At the time I saw double classes - up to 50 at a time in a class. When I stopped having double classes I stopped having a full-time aide, but for things like this 70 member guitar class and my 200+ choir I had an aide just for that time period.
Now with the recent budget cuts I'm still expected to do the large groups - including those double classes again - with no aide. Makes for quite a challenge! |

Thanks for sharing. I love to look at all the pictures to see what other Qb'ers are up to. Especially with the holidays coming around the corners. I know BEenana will find this and like it. Quilting: only way I know - cross hatch with varigated purple/blue thread I bought this one to make for me, me, me, but ... it's not "THE ONE" yet. So it's going to a dear lady who has been my aide at school for the last 10 years. I'm an elementary school music teacher so that meant a lot of decorating, crowd control, taking over so I could work with small groups, etc. - definately above and beyond ... She was transferred to another campus in our recent staff reduction. |
