Bed Runner

I have a black and white bedroom and I wanted a bed runner that would have those colors but added a little splash of another color. I made this over a weekend and am very happy with it! I think I am now addicted to making these little things - they add so much to the look of a bedroom but are fast and easy.

Oh l like that one! i did a black and white (mostly) with strips. I like yours much better.
I was also told it could be a table runner. hadn't thought of that. like the green in yours. my cats sleep on mine! |

On our bed it would end up on the floor. My Husband pulls the quilt in his sleep until it all ends up on his side of the floor.

Lovely, the green is a really nice contrast, unexpected. Red and yellow are the usual contrasts with black and white, and they really work. But that green is just perfect.

Great job! I love making bed runners, too. They are so easy to handle if you quilt on a regular sewing machine, perfect for beginners to learn FMQ.
