Holy Cow! This looks so neat, tidy and organized - very envious. I have everything in the plastic totes too. Cumbersome, heavy, and what started out as totes for flannels, totes for novelty, totes for backing fabric - has turned into "just put your newest fabric in the tote on the top and sort it all out later".

It is thicker than cardstock or manila file folders, comes in 22"x28" sheets in white and a variety of colors. Here in Texas it is widely available wherever you would buy school supplies...dollar stores, grocery store, Walmart, office supply stores.
