Your mother would love this to-be quilt...and to have it named for her.

Meet my mom and my boys. It's the last picture ever taken of her, a few weeks before she passed away.

I did this quilt, too and loved working it! You're doing a great job with your blocks!

A fitting gift for Anael's anael. The last block is particularly lovely. Just keep those fingers balanced now!

LOL oksewglad, the balancing part is getting hard :D I might not have enough fingers :p

Oh I know what you mean. I started a big quilt using 1 1/2" strips and squares to make 9P. Then all the little trimmings are all 1 1/2" long so off they went into the 1" or 3/4" box and now have started a couple of little mini's with those:shock: Then Barbara Brackman starts a new quilt blog on Women's Rights. I decided to downsize and make 4 " blocks. Will require some PP. They are 8" blocks. If you are interested here's the link, but certainly don't want you to tip over with too much weight on any given finger:D

Thanks for the link, I started that one last week Saturday :D :D But I'm doing the 8" blocks. I still have enough 4.5" Jane blocks to do!
