Like the sharpie look. Can do lots of things with a sharpie and nobody can really tell.

Welcome to the crazy things we do in quilting. As I have always said, do whatever makes you happy. I taught a gentleman to quilt about a year ago & showed him the same trick as well as many others as the opportunity cropped up. He told me he thought I was always perfect with my quilting & I ROF LOL, said yep, perfect at hiding all my boo boos.

I do like it better. I have wonder about doing the same thing but didn't know if it would work. Now I know so going to put Sharpie's on my shopping list. Thanks for sharing. :thumbup:

I guess Sharpies cover anything you want them to. I've used one recently to cover the scuff marks on my shoes. haha I've also used them on quilts and fabric. I also keep a variety of colors on hand.

I do this too--learned the trick from doing machine embroidery that went off line--works every time
