Black and White Double Slice Layer Cake Quilt
 

My son in law requested a black and white quilt, with red, out of "chunky blocks", no curves. So I thought Jenny Doan's Double Slice Layer Cake would best fit the bill.... Here it is finished, ready to put away til Christmas. Hope you like it.

Perfect for a guy. I made my son a quilt for Christmas last year using a Blue Underground pattern, very straightforward. But I started 2 Wks before Christmas! So when he came over, I had the 1/2 I had done laid out so he could see what it would look like and finished it in Jan.

Oh, I am sure he is going to LOVE that quilt !! Great job.
