Beautiful quilt, great colors.
I find it is impossible to use scraps. They multiply when you aren't around. |

Oh, so pretty. I really like the variety of blue shades and the HSTs have allowed you to place the various shades in a beautiful arrangement. It just 'sings'. I am amazed at scrap bins!

Beautiful Debra! And isn't it amazing - whenever I take a scrap out of my bin I think 2 replace it. LOL
|
Bleu, bleu, l'amour est bleu. (Remember the song, "Love is blue"?) Now sing it , "blue, blue, the quilt is blue" (Or don't :) The quilt is definitely beautiful. Thanks for sharing.

Someone here said it might be a variation of “corn and beans”. I didn’t follow a pattern. I just made 9 patches from the light and dark hst’s, with all the hst’s oriented the same way. Then I arranged the 9 patches so the diamonds and secondary diamonds appeared. Clear as mud, right?
Thank you all for the lovely comments. |
Debra your quilt is gorgeous!
|
