I think it's gorgeous. If it were mine, I'd hand-baste it before quilting. I bet it will be un-noticeable once quilted. Hand quilting is much more forgiving than using a machine, but time is a huge factor for many of us.

Wavy border, but such a beautiful quilt!! Love your sampler. I would take it off too, as the quilt is too nice to have a wavy border.

Lovely quilt! So you got to back up a bit, we all have to do that now and then! You did good!
|
Okay, minus the "ruffle" I just LOVE your quilt. The ruffle isn't bad, just not my taste. LOL
|
The colors are just beautiful with the blocks picked.
|
as beautiful as your quilt is, I wouldn't worry about it unless it is for a show.
I love the colors, too! |
BUT otherwise, your quilt is beautiful! Hope you can get it straighten out. What you just said , made me know not to do it in the future> LOL..wanna see pic when done please.

It is such a beautiful quilt the extra work of unsewing will definitely be worth it! I wish I could say this never happens to me, but I can't!
|
I too think the quilt is beautiful. You'll fix the border no problem. Can't wait to see the redo picture just so I get to drool over this quilt again.

So it did quilt out? That is gorgeous quilt too. But I am taking mine off and redo.

Check out this bad boy picture below. You wanna talk about waves. :) I didn't redo, just hoped it would "quilt out". Second picture is an after picture. Best wishes for whatever you decide! |
