The tan border will be very pretty, especially if you bind it in the dark blue.

I think I would use the dark tan on the outside. The the light tan for the binding.

i vote for adding the tan... the first border is not hefty enough for your beautiful quilt.

I think it needs the extra 4 inches. a 2 inch border on the edge is hard to quilt and keep straight and square. beautiful quilt.
