Bow tuck with big flowers
 

I made this bow tuck bag out of the material I had left from a OBW I finished not long ago. I changed the bow tuck pattern a little bit. I do have the outside pocket, but I put a flap on it where it buttons on the other side of the bag so it doesn't get in the way of the pocket. The green flower button is not working like I had hoped. I will probably find a round button to make it easier to button close. The flower petals are kind of hard to get in the hole. I also made the straps a bit longer.

So bright and summery! Love that tropical look.

Oh I love your bow tuck bag. I like the flap you made on this one. I just love the bow tuck bags, because other purses do not hold my things where I can find them like this bag does with all the inside pockets, but with lots of room in the center inside of the purse.

Great summer bag...have not seen bow tuck bag photos for awhile... Makes me want to make then again.

I made a bow tuck purse with the same flower button,like you I didn't like how it was hard to open. I just added velcro to the bag and the flap under the button. It works great.

I love it. It really says summer.
