Finally finished up a class sample with 30 fat quarters. I do love colorful quilts, they make me smile. Quilted with variegated Gutermann thread and Dream Puff batting
A wise quilter once said to me "my doesn't that just smack you in the mouth" when she saw one on my bright quilts. Not sure if it was a compliment... actually I don't think she liked brights. Ummm.... come to think of it I think she said "all quilts look fantastic with the lights off" Do you like bright, colorful quilts? |

Yes, I like bright colorful quilts. I'm just not very good at putting them together. Right now I'm struggling with a bunch of bright charm squares and can't decide on a layout. Your quilt is gorgeous and it brings a smile to my face too.

If you have ever noticed, guys tend to use a lot of colors in their quilts whether its brights or what ever. Women tend to use a lot of whites and creams.
Take some time and look around at some of the quilts that the guys have posted. Its really funny how we bring a whole new perspective to the hobby.
