This has been a long time in the works. Finished it this afternoon. Backing is fleece that looks like cordoary, no batting. It is plenty heavy enough. Size is approx. 66 X 95. Quilted some of the jars with glow in the dark thread, but was disappointed that it really didn't glow much. This is for my 4 yr. old great-nephew.

This is one of the cutest jar quilts I have seen. I love the cat, the lizard escaping and the one butterfly that found it's freedom as well. It looks just like a book shelf in a little boys room! Your nephew is sure to adore it.
Edited to add, I think the glow in the dark really glows when you hold it under a black light. |

I as surprised how much the glow in the dark thread glowed when it was dark at night! I made one for the kids for camping. Cute quilt!!
