it's an original design decision

I don't see a thing wrong with it. Pretty.

I don't see anything wrong with the first picture - in fact I like it better than the one with the piano keys in the border. Leave it just as it is I think its beautiful.
|
I wrote earlier to leave it and you really could but I did a similar thing a couple months back and I was already into hand quilting it when I noticed and I took a zillion stitches and turned the piece around. So You have to do what you are comfortable with. I have on another occasion left a boo boo in and no one ever noticed but me.

It would drive me nuts, I would have to fix it. I guess I am a little to much OCD. On the other hand it does give the quilt a quirky look, which is very appealing. The quilt is very pretty, you do nice work.

I called it, "Wild Winds"
What do you think, and would you tear it up and redo the upside down piano keys that I screwed up? Keep in mind that imperfection is said to be art and originality, right?? : ))))) |
Well, if I took it apart, I would only take apart the left bottom section and flip it so the bottoms are the same. It doesn't correct the whole set of keys but it won't pop out so much. It is a beautiful quilt. The navy will look great!

I believe it happened because someone was playing that section of the piano. :-P

go for it. If you can live with it, its invisible. If you can't live with it, you won't be happy till you rip it out. Your call, but enjoy. Its great like it is

Well, I see what you did, but I love it that way! Gives it a little more character.
