These are some of my charity quilts. The second is made from Arkansas Crossroads blocks. I quilted it in blue except for the light tan making the "fish", which has gold quilting, and used a big button for an eye. The Princess quilt's bottom right fabric is white with purple outllines all over the fab that is scenes from the stories.

made from donated flannel strips.

Thanks for sharing your talent. Whoever receives them will be happy.

I truly appreciate your compliments. Thank you so very much.
We were fortunate to have a lot of fabric donated so that we can try lots of patterns. I am so thankful to have the fabric so that I can give more to the community than I could without the donated fabric.

Actually it is one big fish. If you trace the shape of the lightest strips in one continous line from left (tail side) to right (head side) and back in the two rows below the railing, you will find a shape similar to a simple drawing of a fish. On the right hand side is a black circle--that is the big button.

RedGarnet222 06-15-2009 07:32 PM

I finally saw the fish. Those are great charity quilts. You are a very nice person to work so hard for the community. :)
