I have had this box since before I started sewing. I was cleainng houses and one of my customers gave it to me. I think the box is wonderful! Is stamped patented February 19 1889.

My mom has one. She has an old singer treddle machine. All the acessories came in this nifty little box. The machine that my mother has was my great grandmoters. You have quite a find. I've never seen one like it other than my moms. I will try to get a picture of my moms machine and box.
