Absolutely beautiful quilt! All of my mothers side of the family are from Guelph, Ontario. Most of my grandma's sisters & brothers became US citizens back in the 1940's & 1950's but we always visited the family that remained there & of course they visited us also. Lots of fun! My one great aunt ( grandma's favorite sister) used to come over here on a bus & visit on every holiday. I used to go with my grandma to pick her up at the bus terminal in Lansing, MI. Sorry to get off track here! Just brought back such great memories.

Thank you Memories are what it's all about Hope you still visit Canada

I love the simplicity of your quilt. It's a beautiful tribute for your 150th anniversary. I hope you get to display it as you want to.

From a fellow Ontarian, I love your design. The Mountie is the ultimate Canadian symbol (along with the beaver, of course). I too, am making a design for our 150th but I have some things to finish up first.
