Card Trick Runner
2 Attachment(s)
In one of the recent catalogues I saw a table runner I liked...and being frugal (or cheap) I didn't want to pay over $10 for the fabric and free pattern. The kit was for different colors of reds, but I had a better selection of pinks so I went with that. The pattern is free all over the internet!
I usually do the card trick with strip piecing. This one is actually done by cutting the triangles. |
Really cute!!!!

Very nice-your fabrics are so pretty.

Cute...thanks for the idea! I just pulled out a row that I had started for a quilt...knowing I would not have fabric enough to finish, I put it right back. Now I will pull it out and put a binding on it ... Just as if I planned it that way!
|
So cute. Love the colors.
|
Sent you a private message regarding this pattern.

No matter which way you made the pattern, it's adorable and I love the colors, especially the heart border fabric. Love it.

I think I want to dive into your stash! Love the fabric!

If you do an internet search...a .pdf is available for the 'card trick on point' pattern by Jan Bennett Collier...with a reference to this quilting board.
Not exactly strip piecing..but certainly less difficult than all those triangles! |
