My DD's MIL just resumed a hobby she hadn't done for a long time - quilting by hand. She marked out the design on the fabric and look at it so far - wow!

Beautiful!! Don't know how large those squares are but that looks like some pretty close stitching. Have never met the woman obviously, but I'm betting "she's still got it"!!!

So lovely. I am trying to get back to hand quilting too----not sure my hands agree ! I have always prefered this method,I suppose I just love the tradition,It is so much softer looking too. Letty
