She spent hours inspecting it and needs a break! She is very beautiful!!! Hope she doesn't want over time. :-D

Mine, too. Since my sewing cabinet backs up to the back of the couch, my cat tries to help. She lays there, and helps pull the fabric through as it stitches. I have to watch her, and make sure she doesn't get too close to the presser foot, as I don't want her to make contact with the needle, for sure.

They look quite at home!

The picture I posted on pg. 1 of my cat, I usually don't let my cats on customer quilts but she looked so cute on this one that I had to take a picture. I'm glad I did. She was in failing health and 3 mos. later I had to put her to sleep at the age of 21. She was a Maine Coon. So this was my last picture of her.

She appears to me to finally consider herself appropriately provided for. She is a LADY :lol:

Now we know that Gracie has great taste in beds- only the best for her!

It's amazing how easily they find the quilts we are working on but refuse to sleep on the ones we lay down for them...or at least that is what my 23 pound furbaby does....

I just love the look on your cat's face!!
My cat always finds my quilts to lay on. One of these days, it's going to get ugly at my house when I'm trying to cut something out and she decides SHE NEEDS to lay right on the fabric I'm trying to cut. She just has to swish her tail in front of the rotary cutter. So, far, we've been lucky that I pay enough attention to her moving tail and hold it out of the way.

"What do you mean, this quilt's not for me?"
