My new center piece. While waiting for pattern I was able to figure it out. I used already quilted material so did have to do it a little different.

Beautiful....nice work without the pattern...I gotta say I have the pattern and um it to me is the most confusing pattern ever!!!!!!! not sure when I will tackle it, but it won't be anytime soon....maybe I'll just gift the pattern to someone before I decide to irritate myself lol

I give you credit to be able to make one without the pattern. I have the pattern and I still can't figure it out.

Jingle 02-01-2016 11:25 AM

That is gorgeous and the plant really sets it off.

nannyrick 02-01-2016 12:07 PM

You did a great job with choosing this fabric.

I made one before I purchased the pattern and its floppy but usable. I made it like making many little potholders then birthing them. I need to figure out how to make them stiffer yet using my pot holder method. If I use the bosal it makes them too stiff to birth and batting is not stiff enough. IMHO the pattern was a waste of time and money! Very confusing.

JuneBillie 02-01-2016 06:55 PM

Yours turned out very pretty.

Irene C. 02-01-2016 06:58 PM

That is beautiful. Nice work.

quilterpurpledog 02-03-2016 03:49 AM

We have seen lots of these pretty table decorations. However, I must say that this is the most interesting fabric used. It is just outstanding and makes a pretty complement to the plant. I think making one is moving to the top of the things I want to do.

QM 02-03-2016 03:54 AM

Very pretty. I love being able to figure out the patterns. Obviously, you have that skill too.

Karamarie 02-03-2016 05:59 AM

That is so pretty - love the colors!

Mauren 02-03-2016 06:16 AM

Very pretty, I have the pattern and have read it over and over and I am still confused. Taking it to quilt class to see if they can figure it out

Yooper32 02-03-2016 07:14 AM

Sounds to me like the only way to make this is to look, figure it out and go ahead and do it, as most who replied that they had the pattern, can't figure it out at all. Go figure!

Clarice29 02-03-2016 08:24 AM

Very, very nice.

tessagin 02-03-2016 08:39 AM

I'm still looking for the video some one made. I know I saw it. Maybe there was a complaint and it was taken down because of a copyright. they used the Peltex for stability. sAw another for a paper cut fold wreath also (out of construction papr)
