lets see the charms were 5"x 3 giving us 15" minus the seam allowance x 2 now giving us 14" x 14". Cut in half both ways gives us a block measuring 7". Put back together the finished squares now measures 6.5". When the boarders are on the finished quilt should measure 65 x73 or close to that. It was very quick and easy!

Thank-you, I thought the fabric was dreamy too! Thats my spare/sewing room...the bed acts as my design board. I made matching curtains to go with the shams and I made curtains for the closet with a nice wide boarder of the same fabric at the bottom.

A nice scrappy disappearing 9 patch.....just about my favorite pattern for quick quilt!!! I love the colors, too. Very nice.
