Thanks everyone. China was my lifeline. Really had a rough few weeks. I just feel alone and kind of adrift now but I am hoping that will all get better. Loved making his quilt and finding all that cat hair on the fabric!! Now I will work on getting those borders on. Would like to quilt it myself so any suggestions are welcome. I can do this...........
China is on my avatar checking out the roses on my bed runner. |
Your quilt is just great, and please accept my condolences at the loss of your China. Good pets are such an important part of life!!

Sorry you lost your companion China. How wonderful that you were able to incorporate him into the last quilt that you two were working on together.

So sorry to hear about your losing China. I'm sure you gave her many good years. What a lovely tribute!

So sorry for your loss, it's always difficult to lose a furry friend, although 21 is pretty old for a cat. The quilt is indeed a fitting tribute to your quilting buddy.

Very nice looking quilt top and a great tribute to your kittie. So sorry for your loss.

I am sorry for your loss and I think you should get another pet soon caring for another will help you.and I love your quilt

Love the quilt. So sorry about your loss but what a fabulous tribute to your help/inspector. I echo getting another helper but let your heart do some healing before finding or being found by another furbaby. Once I did not and I never felt the same about the "new kitty" as I did about the previous bestest kitty I ever had the privilege of serving. It does get better with time but I still miss my bestest kitty.
