Christmas decorations and inheritance

3 Attachment(s)
I made the Christmas tree quilt a few years ago and tied on my miniature Hallmark ornaments. The Singer sewing machine was given to me by a cousin that had inherited it from our grandmother. She does not sew and wanted it out of her way since she has a new great granddaughter and needed more closet space for baby stuff when she visits. I was of course thrilled to get it even though I may only use it for decorating purposes.

Your collection is wonderful! And that is a great idea for using the miniature ornament. I have a lot of them, but I really don't have room to put up the little tree they go on. I'll have to try this. Thanks!

kittiebug 12-15-2011 01:19 AM

Very, Very nice . That's great for Christmas.

Aubrey'sQuiltingCreations 12-15-2011 01:27 AM

Wow how pretty!!! I have yet to get my Christmas decor out for the year!! I have been so busy with getting quilts done for others for Christmas, I am not even sure now I will get my Christmas decor out this year or not! I will sure miss it if I don't I just don't know when I will ever see the end. Maybe on Christmas day I will put up my tree.

I'll echo that ... great display, tree hanging, sewing machine ... and I too really would like a better view of the Santa to the left! And any pattern details you could share.

You sure can tell this is a Quilter's Home!
