They showed a quilt that had been washed gently a number of times and was still lovely. PS, I have had even redwork embroidery quilted in an all over design by a long arm quilter and they did not catch any of my threads.
I figured since they won so many awards, it must be something to try. I love to do it. I use a Bernina and the stitch width and length was set at 2.0. Easy to vary however to get longer bites or a more satin like stitch. I am not going to use this on a bed. It will probably go on the wall or the back of a sofa. |
