Just beautiful, like your fabric choices.

You could square it up, but it would make a fine table topper as is.

I wouldn't worry about squaring it up. Just get it quilted in time for putting under the tree.

The four triangles you need to make square corners on this quilt measure 30/60/90. To get two outer edges for your quilt without a bias edge, measure from a line along the grain to make a 30 degree angle, and extend the triangle out long enough to make a seam across two of your diamonds, with the bias edge sewn to the diamonds. Two of these big triangles should be placed so their skinny end points, the 30 degree angle, meet at the point of one of your outer diamonds. Mirror this on the opposite side of your quilt, and you should end up with a rectangle.

I knew there was a reason I should have been more attentive in geometry class! LOL You quilters really step up to the plate when someone needs help. I love this place.

Love the shape of the diamond shape. I would leave it the way it is. It will look nice on your table (or floor) the way it is. If you want to minimize the size you can skip the border and just bind it. It is really beautiful.

Beautiful! I would hang that one on a wall or hang over a railing.

It is so lovely. I agree with members who say leave as is--if you're happy with that.
