thanks everyone for looking and commenting. I wish I could say the coffee filters was an original idea but not.....got the idea from where?
why, Quilting Board of course :!: :!:
I like making things a little off-beat, thus the black and white stripes.

I like the perfect circles. I use used dryer sheets for foundation, sewing scraps on never know how your "piece" will look. And for a circle I was using a saucer, trace around, cut out, seams in "bad place"
Coffee filters. I love it.
One other share...my husband says, "why do you keep those little pieces, they're trash, not good for anything. And why do you get "___" trash". My responce, her trash makes beautiful quilts (she maked boutique items and trashes small pieces of fabric, I love her trash its always fantastic fabrics.

Hi!I'm new, so you just sew onto the coffee filters and then you rip off the coffee filters like paper piecing? or you leave the filter paper on? thanks

you do the stitch and flip method onto the filters and then trim your piece then rip the filter paper off and that's it (I think that's it).... :) :)
