Just found out some friends were expecting in a couple months.
So I went to my stash, since most of my baby/children scraps were strips this pattern worked great. We didn't know the sex of the baby so I made it bright and colorful to work for either a boy/girl. I quilted in the ditch on my Bernina. On the white strips I used a varigated thread and the feather stitch to add interest. I love this little string quilt! The white strips make it look like it has sashing & that is so creative! Any little one owuld love to be snuggled up in this little beauty!!!
