Controlled scrappy WIP

I still just can't get my head around really, truely, scrappy so this is my version of scrappy :p. I really don't like brown and I have idea how I ended up with so may brown scraps, but I saw this on http://quiltville.blogspot.com.au/20...e-blossom.html and someone had posted a picture of their version done in browns and creams and thought that it looked quite nice (even though it is BROWN LOL)
So far I have done 20 blocks but I think I will make another 10 and have it 5 blocks x 6 blocks. Not sure if I will do sashing or just put them together as is.
It felt so good just to have some time to sit down and sew, I haven't had much time lately and just doing these felt wonderful  :) :D

I like how it is. IMHO no sashing. Nice points.

Nice job! Love the pattern.

Very nice. I would leave out the sashing. I like the way the diamonds form where the blocks meet.

Beautiful. I think I would leave out the sashing too....The secondary pattern is so pretty.

I would leave out sashing. It would ruin the secondary pattern.

I like your blocks just the way you have them layed out. That is going to make a great quilt. I too am true scrappy challenged.

You're too funny with your 'brown and all!' I like it. Nice job!

Very pretty. I can't do scrappy either. I've been planning on making the same quilt using my blue scraps. I have also decided not to do sashing. I like it better without. Very nicely done
