I love the rose fabric but I think I would add the green border also. Beautiful quilt.

I would definitely add 2 borders, a narrower one (green) then the roses, putting a break between the quilt and the outside border. Love the shabby chic, country romance style, that is my favorite! Beautiful work!

I agree with everyone. Add the border. It ties everything together for sure. And the green binding will be so pretty.

Yes, a green inner border, narrow 2 1/2 inches, then a darker rose color on the outer border.

I would add a border, but I add borders 99% of the time. I think it's rare that a border doesn't enhance a quilt.
I totally agree with you ruthrings. |

I also vote for a thinner green border then add the flowered fabric for the outer border. I love your fabrics.

I love your quilt. Those delicate florals are just beautiful. I have read all the posts and agree that a very narrow green border and then the floral would be outstanding. I am now on the last page and so disappointed not to see the final results. Will be watching for it with bated breath!

I vote for a border- it defines a quilt

It is such a lovely quilt! Beautiful and gentle on the eyes. Absolutely, go for a border and I like the look of the sweet flowered border that you have pinned to the left top of the quilt! Sweet!
