Some quilts I am working on. Kind of worried about the FMQ, maybe I am too tense. And some blocks which I am making with no destination in mind. Can I just put them together as they are or would a border be good? They are all different fabric, same block. I have become a block nut.
for friends grandbaby, kind of made it up as I went. just for fun blocks in question |
I would set them together into a table runner, lap quilt, wall hanging, whatever you have block for. They are great. I love scrappy it makes your fabric go so far!

The quilt is so cute! Good job! Practice fmq by doodling with pencil and paper every chance you get. You will do some patterning on your brain that way if you do it enough. Once you can doodle comfortably try a practice piece of quilting so you can transfer the movements you have learned to the quilt! You CAN do it!!!

Great idea, I am a doodler anyway, I will try it. Thank you

Looks great to me, you could add more to make a certain size or just use the ones you have. I always make twin or larger and a few baby quilts, if someone needs one. Baby quilt is pretty and good choice for a boy.

Yes Scrappy is fun and usually looks really colorful.

nothing to add to what ditter said, but I really like your stuff!
Those tulips are yummy! :-P |
your quilts are wonderful and as far as the "blocks in question" I would put 4 together and make a star out of them. The fabrics are really pretty in those blocks. Please let us see what you decide to do with them.
