You did a great job on this. I bet it was really difficult quilting on that paisley fabric. While it is gorgeous I have a very hard time seeing what I'm quilting on busy fabric like that so I often feel like I am quilting blind. Especially when using a thread color that blends in.

Oh, it was. I would have to stop and look at it from different angles to see what I was doing. It gets a little distracting. :) I had chalk lines to follow. That helped me so much.

Very nice. How many hours do you think it took you to be confident about your free hand quilting? I read where it takes 400 hours to be comfortable with it.
