The movement of the ladies' dresses makes this really wonderful! I alternate my wall hangings, so maybe you could do that. Enjoy your lovely work!

The batiks are just the right fabric for your dancers. So lovely and colourful, they look real, so expressive!

Thank you for all the kind words. I always appreciate the replies I receive. I mostly do a satin stitch on the appliqué , using an embroidery thread in a colour as near to the fabric as I can. I make the width of the satin stitch as narrow as I can. Batiks are best for that as there is less fraying.I've taken two close ups for you. Hope this helps.
