This is the first quilt my daughter made (she wa 11 at the time, she will be 13 this year). She took classes at our LQS, and hour a week for 10 weeks. I am so proud of her, she did a great job and she loved doing it.

She has made 3 of the bags like mine and we took a class in the fall together so she has another top that needs to be sandwiched and quilted. She may get to it this week as it is March break.

Wonderful first quilt! The best thing is that she finished her first project. I feel that is the most important for anyone. . .to complete the project for the feeling of accomplishment so you want to go on to do more!
