Did you use any batting or just the fabric and the denim? I have made quite a few and am always amazed at the weight. There's no batting, just the jeans and inset fabric. It's pretty heavy.. she's going to have fun dragging it around! |

WOW!! They are BOTH absolutely stunning !! Your zig zag stitches look perfect especially with the variegated thread. I like the placement that you did with the light and dark denim. I did something similar on the back of a charity rag rug quilt.
