I made a couple like this one. They were easy and took minimal time but were much appreciated. Just denim and a heavier weight cotton, no batting .... great for picnics and to carry in the car.

Great looking quilts...every one of them. It would be hard for me to choose which one I would like to make. I probably have enough saved jeans to make one of each. Started saving jeans when my baby brother asked me to make him a denim quilt for his king size bed (he was an adult). Didn't get it made. He passed away last May. Now I need to do something with all these jeans.
