I agree with your theory, as there are many ways to accomplish the same thing. Your quilt is beautiful and I really love your applique work. Great job.

Beautiful quilt. I frequently alter patterns -- I like to make the process fit the way I like to work (efficiently) so although I may read the pattern all the way through there are notes about how I changed things.
