Diamond log cabin tree skirt
1 Attachment(s)
Whew! It is finally finished. In November 2010 board member Anicra posted one of her Diamond Log Cabin Tree Skirts. I thought is was one of the most beautiful tree skirts that I had ever seen. With her tremendous help this is my version. Thank you very much Anicra. The pattern is Eleanor Burns Diamond Log Cabin Tree Skirt, the fabric is Moda's Nature's Gift with warm and natural batting.

That is a very beautiful Christmas Tree Skirt. The cream fabric with green "jelly bean shapes" looks like lace. Great choice of fabric. Thanks for sharing!!

Gorgeous! What an accomplishment and just in time, too.

Gorgeous! As I got out my Christmas decorations last week, I was thinking how badly I needed a new tree skirt - my old quilted one we have used for years. After seeing yours, I KNOW I gotta make this one for next year! You used such a beautiful selection of fabrics, also. Awesome.

I've been looking at a very similar pattern in Fons & Porter LOQuilting magazine from last year. Yours is really pretty! I went and asked for a nice (gasp) store bought one this year. If I don't get it for Christmas, that's on my "to do" list for next Christmas.
