This is my first attempt making any kind of bag, tote or what have you. It is for my daughter in law. She and my son are having a little girl. This went together quite easy and the directions were clear. It is a product of Whistle Pig Productions (?) . I bought it at the Golden Quilt Company, Golden, CO.
I am going to make one for my daughter also...they are trying for their second little one. I am not much into the cutsey baby stuff and neither are they (both daughter and daughter in law. There are 4 outside pockets and 4 inside pockets It has a changing pad velcroed on the back. Cute fabric, I thought...and DIL has a VW. That is awesome. I love the fact that you didn't use baby fabric. That will be a great bag to use for all kinds of stuff after she doesn't need a diaper bag any more. Did you design it yourself?
