For once I actually did everything I wanted over the weekend. I finished the three charity quilts, played with the acufil on my new machine and did some embroidering.

Love the embroidered snowmen - my personal favorite |
I did not get anything done. But you did a lot.
I love everything that you did! I didn't get anything done.
Did you work around the Clock? Great job, share how you found the energy, I could use it!
I got some hand sewing done on my BOM, but I've been sick for 2 of the 3 days. I need to feel better soon, because I have so much to do.
What a good feeling that must be ! Nice work !
Awesome. I really liked the recipe. Sounds like my uncle who was a cook by career. He always has something to say about the food. Baby quilts are too cute, also
I didn't get a thing done all weekend.....lol
I was beta testing a new video game I will be playing on my downtime from the sewing room and chores. :) |
What a busy girl!!! You achieved so much!! Have you discovered the secret of getting 48hrs into 24????LOL! LOve your quilts!!
Well, the baby quilts were mostly done already! And I finished the embroidery today so my "weekend" was a little long! :)
Boy you were BUSY! I didn't get half of what i wanted to do done. Oh well, there is always tomorrwow......thank goodness!

Nice! I'm jealous...I got zero sewing done. I need someone else to get a hobby and give me some time to myself.
wow, I cannot begin to match that. 36 HST's done
Gee, you worked your knuckles to the bone.
Everything looks great! |
I got my Dad's birthday quilt set together, ready to applique the border. I also, helped spread two trailer loads of mulch, trimmed all the shrubs and roses, cleaned out the flower beds, went out to dinner with my hubby, and church on Sunday. Other than that, I didn't do much.
LOL no! I bought more fabric, looked at more patterns, sat in my sewing room for several hours last night staring at the fabrics & patterns...
And still couldn't decide how I want to make my Doll Quilt for the February Swap! Back to the fabric store tonight...*sigh* |
Worked on the Feb. star BOM...grandson's Basket ball game then he and older brother came home with me to spend the night....Church on Sun...took sister to eat at local pizza shop, CICI's and we ended up chatting from noon till 5pm... where did the time go...great weekend
You had a great weekend.
You were one busy woman!!
I had my five year old granddaughter spend the weekend, so the answer is "NO!" |
No :( I sprained my hand and didn't get anything done all week and it'll be a little while longer before I can get back to it, and I'm going nuts. I'm having withdrawals.......and eating to much.
Very good for you. Got up Thurs w/ganglion cyst on right hand barely able to put make up on...been typing with left hand only. Boo hiss...maybe tomorrow.
I'm jealous :)
WOW!
You got all this done in a weekend? you are awesome!
Well, it sounds like several of you got quite a bit done too! And those who have injuries holding them back, hope you feel better soon son you can enjoy quilting again.
You were one busy quilter! All are very pretty. Great job on all of them. Thanks for sharing.
I love your embroidery pieces. They look like something from Emblibrary.com. I have spent SOOOO much money on that site!!
Wow! You really did get a chance to get some stuff done. When did you get a chance to eat or sleep? This looks like a 20 hours/day type weekend. All your projects are fabulous. You even put one of my fav fabs on the back of the baby quilt with the rainbow. Works great as a border as well.
You did great. Looks like you had a very productive weekend. I did to. I didn't get as much done as I wanted to(I just can't make myself finish the bindings on all my quilts), but I got enough done to be happy about. :)
You got a lot of beautiful things done. WOW!!!
wow you were busy
Very productive weekend!! Nice stuff!
Wow. You had a very productive weekend. I didn't get any quilting done, but I did get to babysit my two new grandbabies. One is 6 weeks and one is 2 weeks. Grandpa and I both got initiated and had to change yucky diapers. Can't believe how blessed we are!!!
I can't believe after all the snow we have had this winter that I still love snowmen. But I do. Love them in blue. Please let me know what pattern this is. Thanks.
Didn't get anything done sewing/quilting wise, other than hemming up a pair of pants for my son, because the kids and grandkiddos were in for a visit for my DH's 60th birthday!
I have pictures on my blog post! http://365daysotherramblings.blogspo...t-weekend.html |
Bless your heart. You made yourself, a baby and a veteran very happy :-) All are beautiful.
The snowmen are gorgeous and love the quotes with them
