Ok, I haven't had much time for sewing lately, but I started this one last week, it's going together so quickly! It's half-way done right now

Another couple of hours and my top should be finished :)

I like your fabrics. I hardly recognized your D9P!!

KrazyQuilter 11-01-2008 04:54 PM

I love the way this looks! Because of the pattern I thought you had cut it crooked to make it look like a Crazy Quilt so I had to look closer. It is really neat how it turned out!

Kyiav10 11-01-2008 06:15 PM

Looking good. I like the crazy look to it!

OHHHH! I love your colors and fabrics. That's a lovely quilt. I recently started one myself using some leftover charm squares and I'm quite pleased with the results. Isn't this a fun pattern.

Ha ha, that's where I bought it...well I work there as a second job, so I get to see all the fun quilting fabric when it comes in... and I know when it's on sale (not so much fun for my wallet, anyway)

sewjoyce 11-04-2008 04:01 PM

I love the Disappearing 9 patch pattern. Would 3 different fabrics be enough of a contrast????

mpeters1200 11-07-2008 11:34 AM

What a beautiful top!! Your fabric choice makes it look so crazy! Absolutely wonderful!

I am making one right now with my quilt club. I had never heard of it before. These are SOO much fun! They look like a ton of work and they aren't. It also looks way more complicated than it is. Your work is great.

sandpat 11-07-2008 04:53 PM

At first I thought...whoa...you are crazy...why thats a crazy quilt!!  Love it, great use of fabric!

jljack 11-07-2008 08:14 PM

Great choice of fabric for this really, really versatile pattern. It's one of my favorites - and your quilt is too!!
